Theo lead the program within the implementation of the transition in care and welfare. This was necessary, due to fundamental changes in Dutch law/regulations, which made it necessary to revise services to civilians and organisations which deliver those services. Theo was program leader for the ICT architecture and the realization plan for  necessary processes, including ICT (Information Household Social Domain).


Ministry of Defence  – Program manager – a merge of several companies to become DTO

Theo was responsible for a project that required  six separate ICT-organizations in the Ministry of Defence to merge into one which was to become DTO. This had to be done in six months, to be ready for a January 1st start date. After this, the project continued in order to create a solid base for the new company.
